Thank you for purchasing our web design package! We are beyond excited to create a professional presence for your business online. In order to get started, please fill out as much information below as soon as possible. Items marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Please specify what information page names you would like to have on your website (these can appear in your to navigation bar and/or footer)
Example: Home, Services, About Us, Contact Us, etc. Please input actual page names, do not list Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, etc. as page names. You will have an opportunity to list your category names in Step 6 (Shopping Cart Information)
(If you have more pages than are included with your package, please notify your designer and provide those page names and hierarchy when requested.)
CategoriesPlease list your category names. Note, if you have more than 10 categories, please create a spreadsheet listing your categories (up to 25) and upload below. If you require that we input more than 25 categories, please consult with your interviewer to obtain a quote for the additional work.
Please note: Up to 25 products or variations (variations are options like size, color, etc) are included in your package. You will receive a walk through and instructions on how to add additional products and options to your site. If you require that we input more than 25 products, we can provide you with a quote for the additional work, based on the number of products and options you require.

It is understood that obtaining links from other sites is your responsibility.
We submit your website to Google, Yahoo & Bing. It is understood that search engine results may vary and while we can provide basic SEO advice, we are not a search engine optimization firm, and we cannot guarantee, nor are we responsible for where your site ranks in search engine results.
It is understood that we will be optimizing your new website to target the key-phrases you provided.
The promotion & marketing of your website is your responsibility. We are not responsible for under-performing websites.
Our primary job is to build your website. Special programming and custom functionality fall outside of this package and are not included.
You understand that you are responsible for providing us with all content for your website, including text and images.
Copying text from other websites can and will get you blacklisted on search engines. It is understood that you will not participate in these types of activities.
Once your design comp is approved, you will have up to 3 weeks to submit all final content (text and images). If content has not been submitted at that time, we will proceed with the coding of your website, using filler text. You will also have the opportunity to schedule a walk through to learn how to add and edit the content for your website, or we'll provide you with documentation on how to edit your content.
If you are including a photo gallery on your website, you understand that the placement of the first 25 images you provide us are free of charge. This includes cropping & scaling the images to proper size. If there are more than 25 images, a fee of $45 will be charged for each additional 25 images or fraction thereof.
We are unable to support 3rd party software. If 3rd party software is used on your site, any issues that may occur will not be supported by us. It is your responsibility to contact the original developer to resolve any issues.
If you are dissatisfied or confused during any point of the design process, please let us know as soon as possible through Basecamp or by phone so that we can discuss how to remedy the situation quickly.
